would like to introduce myself.
My name is Bill Schmidt. I am a
real estate agent with Emerson Wagner
Realty of Sidney, Ohio. I have been
a licensed real estate agent since
1989. I have been married since
1995 to a wonderful woman named
Jennifer and I have three children
- Natalie 5, Hayden 2 and Hunter
2.
I like working in and around
Shelby County because it is where
I have lived my whole life and
also the people I have met and
come across in all the years.
I am a member of Midwestern Ohio
Association of Realtors, The Ohio
Association of Realtors, and the
National Association of Realtors.
And only with these memberships
am I allowed to be a designated
Realtor. I am upheld to a strict
code of ethics.
I am very enthusiastic, hardworking,
professional at all times and
work well under pressure. My mission
is to provide the very best service
to all my clients in the purchase
and selling of residential and
multi unit housing, and not only
to have satisfied them but also
to make them delighted to have
