My name is Cathy Fletcher and
I’d like to tell you a little
about myself. As the daughter
of the one of the town’s barbers
and the wife of a retired firefighter,
I learned early the importance
of community and cultivating relationships
to help it grow. To that end,
in 1975, I became a full time
realtor serving Shelby, Logan,
Miami and Champaign counties and
have been with Wagner Realty for
almost all my 30 years in real
estate.
I began my career with the philosophy
that availability, knowledge,
and confidentiality were the keys
to success with customer relationships.
By working hard to maintain this
philosophy over the years, I have
been able to acquire a customer
base which now extends into third
generations. Professionally, I
am proud to have been honored
with the “Sales Person of the
Year” award for Shelby County.
My current affiliations include
both the Ohio and National Associations
of Realtors and the Midwestern
Ohio Association of Realtors in
order to keep abreast of the latest
real estate information for my
clients. However, one of the best
